Citizenship Path for ‘Dreamer’ Immigrants in US Remains Uncertain

U.S. President Joe Biden on Sunday said he remained adamant about the need to create a pathway for U.S. citizenship for so-called Dreamer immigrants, but it “remains to be seen” if that will be part of a $3.5 trillion budget measure. “There must be a pathway to citizenship,” Biden told reporters as he returned to the White House after spending the weekend at his home in Wilmington, Delaware. Jackie Mason, Comic Who Perfected Amused Outrage, Dies at 93

Jackie Mason, a rabbi-turned-comedian whose feisty brand of standup comedy led him to Catskills nightclubs, West Coast talk shows and Broadway stages, has died. He was 93.  Mason died Saturday at 6 p.m. ET at Mt. 59 Cuban Protesters Prosecuted So Far; Hundreds Were Arrested

Fifty-nine Cubans have been prosecuted so far for participating in unprecedented demonstrations against the government earlier this month, a senior official said Saturday.
